Payment Details
20% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 300 is required. If you cancel 7 or more days prior, payments (less 100) are refunded.

Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque (Available for guests booking 30 or more days prior to arrival) - Visa - Master Card - American Express - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Discover Card - Cash - Travelers Cheques *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A Crib, High Chair and a Play Pen can be provided with a deposit/fee of: One can be supplied for $40 a week.. • Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request. • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals). • Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM. • An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of $50 a day.. • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. • Optional pool heat is available for $22 - $30 per day. A minimum of 3 days of heat is required. For stays longer than 7 nights pool heat is charged using daily rate. |
