Payment Details

The payment policy is flexible and can be worked out with the owner. A refundable security/damage deposit of 300 is required.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque (Available for guests booking 30 or more days prior to arrival) - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
• Optional pool heat is available for 22.50 per day and/or 150.00 per week. A minimum of 4 days of heat is required. For stays longer than 7 nights pool heat is charged using daily rate.
