This large fully equipped kitchen has an eating area and eat up bar. There is extra seating in the dining room but most enjoy eating on the covered deck to make the most of their time in the warm weather. It is fully equipped with all the amenities of home including side by side fridge/freezer with ice maker/water dispenser, stove, microwave, all dishes and pots and pans. Stock the kitchen with your own food from the Publix Supermarket close by and save $100's of dollars on eating out. Preparing breakfast at the villa allows you to cook a large, hearty breakfast for a fraction of the cost of eating out. You can prepare lunch and snacks to take with you for your days travels instead of spending unnecessary money at the Theme Parks or other attractions. This can eat through your budget quickly. Save your money for family activities. At the end of your day, you can cook dinner or order in from a local restaurant so everyone gets to relax by the pool and mom doesn't have to work!
Bed Summary
Family Room
The family room located at the rear of the villa is bright and spacious with seating for 7, a brand new 42" LCD Flat Screen TV and cabinet and updated pictures and accessories. It is beside the eating nook of the kitchen and has 95" sliding glass doors to the pool deck. The entire family can relax in this room to watch a movie, eat breakfast, read a book or watch the reserve located behind the pool. The Pool has a large deck space for relaxing on one of the 4 loungers or sitting at the table to eat, read a book or enjoy a glass of wine at the end of the day. The sunny south deck allows for sun all day and the treed reserve behind allows for privacy during your stay. The enclosed pool keeps out unwanted guests during your stay.
Bedroom
2 Single Beds (sleeps 2). Bedroom 3 has two twin beds, closet, dresser, TV/cable/PS with games and ceiling fan. It's a spacious room that allows the children or other guests to spread out in their own area. All bedding is provided with extra pillows and blankets in each closet.
Master Bedroom
1 King Bed (sleeps 2). The spacious Master Bedroom has a comfy king size bed, large walk-in closet, full ensuite bathroom including soaker tub and walk-in shower and double sliding glass doors to the pool deck. The room is equipped with a TV/cable and ceiling fan. The Master Bedroom is located at the back of the villa which ensures an extra quiet sleep in this room. The ceiling fans provide more air circulation, keeping the warms extremely cool on those hot, humid summer nights. All bedding is provided with extra pillows and blankets/sheets in the walk in closet.
Master Bedroom
1 Queen Bed (sleeps 2). The 2nd bedroom has a double bed, dresser, closet, TV/cable, CD/radio player and ceiling fan to keep the room even cooler on those hot summer nights. It is located just outside the 2nd bathroom/hallway. All bedding is provided with extra pillows and bedding in the closet.
Bedroom
2 Single Beds (sleeps 2). Bedroom 4 has two twin beds, closet, dresser, TV/cable/PS with games and ceiling fan. It's a spacious room that allows the children or other guests to spread out in their own area. All bedding is provided with extra pillows and blankets in each closet.
Living Room
1 Double Pull Out (sleeps 2). The living and dining room area have been designated as the games area. Unlike many games rooms, this is located inside the house in the cool air conditioning instead of the garage. This has a TV/cable, PlayStation 2, DVD's/VHS Movies, board games and books. The dining table is great for family time,playing card games or building a puzzle. Watch for more games items to be added in the future!

Bathroom 1 is an en suite and has toilet, bathtub, shower, hair dryer and two basins.

Payments and Policies
Payment Details
25% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 400 is required. If you cancel less than 60 days prior, payments (less 50%) are refunded if re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque (Available for guests booking 21 or more days prior to arrival) - PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque

Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
• Optional pool heat is available for 25 per day and/or 100 per week. For stays longer than 7 nights pool heat is prorated using weekly rate.
