1 Queen Hide-A-Bed/Sofa Bed (sleeps 2). Light and spacious 28foot living area with 2 sofas and an easy chair. There are tall patio doors facing SOUTH into the covered lanai and private pool area. There is a large screen TV, with DVD and VCR player. And...one of the sofas can turn into a queen sofa-bed, just in case it is needed.

From the family room, you look south to the covered lanai, the pool and orange groves. From the kitchen and breakfast nook, you can see a wetland conservation area between the villas opposite.

More Information

This unit also has a covered lanai with casual seating and loungers overlooking the pool and orange groves. There are ceiling fans in every room. The family room is comfortably furnished with a vaulted ceiling and 27inch cable TV. There is a formal dining area as well as a small breakfast nook in the kitchen. Small additional charge for cot, high chair, safe, or pool heating. West Haven now has a village clubhouse, with communal pool, tennis courts and a beach volleyball court for villa guests to enjoy.

• Orlando International Airport is within a 30 minute(s) drive. or Sanford or Tampa about 1 hour away.
• Golf: can be reached by driving for 5 minute(s). There are more than 10 golf course(s) nearby. The Greg Norman designed courses at Champion's Gate are 2 miles away, with lots of other courses within 45 minutes; including Reunion resort (5mins) or links courses at Lakeland, or forested at Diamondback, just down the US27
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by driving for 5 minute(s). There is a large Publix 2 miles away, along with restaurants and other local amenities (hairdresser, video rental etc). There are also family restaurants about 4 miles away on the US27, and a little further will take you to the high spots of the 192.
• The beaches on the Ocean or Gulf Coast are just over an hour away. Or you can arrange to swim with sharks, dolphins or manatees ! And there are large lakes with water sports nearby.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

25% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 70 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 250 is required. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit
Payments accepted in US Dollars or UK Pounds. Cheques only accepted if more than 2 months before start of rental. Paypal is a very effective way of arranging long distance payments.

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A Crib and a High Chair can be provided with a deposit/fee of: Contact for fee.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay. An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of Contact for fee.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
