The villa has beautiful views of the golf course. It is located on the 11th tee, and has uninterupted views of the fairway.

More Information

Highlands Reserve is a prestigious and highly attractive golf course. It is often used in the qualifying rounds of the Davis Cup. Details of the golf course can be found in the guest information book at the villa.

• Golf: can be reached by walking for 2 minute(s). There are more than 10 golf course(s) nearby.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by driving for 3 minute(s). The supermarket, chinese, indian, italian, fish & chips, and English Sunday roast restaurants, as well as Applebees, are approximately 1 mile away from the villa. There is also a liquor store, DVD rental store, and the doctors office is also located here. KFC, Walmart, more restaurants of the type listed above, a sweet shop and wine bar are approx 2-3 miles away along highway 27. There is also a pub, and gas station. 2-3 miles in the opposite direction you will find a brand new shopping mall, MacDonalds, and a shoe store.
• Nearby Attractions: Disney, Universal, and Sea World are approximately 15-20 minutes drive, crazy golf, air boat rides, medieval feasts, shopping, shows on the 192. The 192 is approximately 25 miles long and jam packed with things to do. The 192 is a 5 minute drive from our villa. Tennis courts are availble free of charge to residents on the community (2 minute walk).

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

25% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 70 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 300 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments are refunded if the unit is re-rented.

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A Crib and a High Chair can be provided.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 9:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
• Optional pool heat is available for $80 per week. For stays longer than 7 nights pool heat is prorated using weekly rate.
