Multi-award winning Bridgewater crossing estate is a safe friendly area plus being on the doorstep to Disney, I-4, golf and loads more in the ideal location. Our high standard villa is more like your own home with lots of free added extras for your comfort, we have a private solar heated pool and great deck area. As the villa is a 2 story it makes it great for 2 families to share and have privacy as the queen and twin rooms are upstairs with a shared bathroom. Full AC and fans in all bedrooms and lounge, it's a nice bright cool villa. 24hr Management are on hand for help or friendly advice.

Payments and Policies
Payment Details
10% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 200 is required. If you cancel less than 7 days prior, there is no refund unless the unit is re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque (Available for guests booking 30 or more days prior to arrival) - Visa - PayPal - Direct Bank Deposit - Email Money Transfer - Travelers Cheques
If Visa or PayPal is used there is a 4% credit card charge added to total costs.
*Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A Crib, High Chair and a Play Pen can be provided with a deposit/fee of: free use.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
• Optional pool heat is available for 25 per day. A minimum of 4 days of heat is required. For stays longer than 7 nights pool heat is charged using daily rate.
