• Golf: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). The Champions Gate Golf course is a 36 hole course designed by Gregg Norman and is 5 minutes away.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). Nearby facilities include a post office (five minutes), pharmacy (seven minutes), McDonalds (ten minutes), and a Publix supermarket is only five minutes away. More extensive shopping and dining is available at Lake Buena Vista or along the 192 which are both about 15-20 minutes away. Despite being a location away from the very busy parts of Orlando it does not suffer from a lack of conveniences or facilities. The I4 junction 24 is about 5 minutes drive away then another 5 to 10 minutes from the gates of the theme parks. A few minutes walk away is a kids play area, tennis court, and a basketball court. The local gas station (two minutes away) has basic provisions such as milk, beer, bread, fruit, vegetables and makes and sells pizzas and fried chicken. An ATM machine and video rental is also available at the gas station.
Payment Details
The rent, required to complete the booking, is 25% (balance due 70 days in advance). A security deposit of $250 is required. If you cancel less than 45 days prior to arrival there is no refund unless re-rented.
Policies
*Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A Crib, High Chair and a Play Pen can be provided. • Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request. • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals). • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours. • Maid Service is provided daily during a stay. An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of 80. If a guest leaves the unit as found, a rebate of Discuss w/ Owner may be provided. • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. • Optional pool heat is available for 20 per day. For stays longer than 7 nights pool heat is charged using daily rate. |
