Payments and Policies

Payment Details

300 of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 350 is required.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque (Available for guests booking 14 or more days prior to arrival) - Visa - Master Card - PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit
If the Guest wishes to cancel the booking he should advise the Owner immediately by telephone, followed by confirmatory letter. The Owner shall be entitled to retain all payments already made (except the Security Deposit) and to recover, if not already paid, the balance of the hiring charge as follows: 30 - 60 days notice - 50% of the rental charge or with less than 30 days notice - 100% of the rental charge. In the unlikely event that circumstances beyond the Owner's control necessitate the cancellation of the rental arrangement, the Owner reserves the right to cancel any bookings at any time and will only be liable to refund monies already paid by the Guest.

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A Crib and a High Chair can be provided with a deposit/fee of: 35.00 per item/per booking.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
• An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of 85.00.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
• Optional pool heat is available for $25 per day and/or $170 per week. A minimum of 3 days of heat is required. For stays longer than 7 nights pool heat is charged using daily rate.
