This fully equipped kitchen has been designed for your convenience and is fitted with a range, large refrigerator with ice maker, dishwasher, microwave as well as a blender, kettle, coffee maker plus all cutlery, crockery, glassware and most other kitchen utensils. There is also a full laundry facility that includes a large washing machine, a tumble dryer, and iron and ironing board. Adjacent to the kitchen is a breakfast nook that is ideal for informal dining. There is also a dining room table that seats six.

Master Bedroom

1 King Bed (sleeps 2). Master Suite features a king size bed, dresser, large walk-in closet, and 32” cable TV. This spacious master suite offers an elegant en-suite with a large garden tub, a separate shower, and twin washbasins. For added convenience a pool door from the en-suite acts as a poolside bathroom.

Bedroom

1 Queen Bed (sleeps 2). Second Suite features a queen size bed, chest of drawers, and large double door closet.

Bedroom

2 Twin Beds (sleeps 2). Third Suite features two twin beds, bedside cabinets and a built in closet. The bedroom has been kept quite neutral so that either a child or an adult will feel at home in the room.

Bathrooms

Bathroom 1 is an en suite and has toilet, bathtub, shower, hair dryer and two basins.
Bathroom 2 has bathtub, shower, hair dryer and one basin.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

20% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund unless re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque (Available for guests booking 31 or more days prior to arrival) - Visa - Master Card - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Email Money Transfer - Western Union - Travelers Cheques
The 20% deposit paid at time of booking is non-refundable.

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A Crib, High Chair and a Play Pen can be provided with a deposit/fee of: :only nominal fee for high chair.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
