Distances

• Tampa or Orlando Intl Airport is within a 45 minute(s) drive. Both airports are similar time to drive to our villa. Sanford International is just over an hour's drive away.
• Golf: can be reached by driving for 3 minute(s). There are more than 10 golf course(s) nearby.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by driving for 2 minute(s). Publix supermarket is just outside the development, as are banks and restaurants. Shopping malls are plentiful in the area. Nearest WalMart is 5 mins away.
• Nearby Attractions: Disney is approx 15 mins away. Universal is aprox 30 mins. There is so much to do in the Orlando area - you name it, it is accessible from here. There is a tennis court onsite which is free to guests and residents.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

All of the rent is required (30 or more days in advance) to complete the booking. A refundable security/damage deposit of 200 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 100) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque (Available for guests booking 14 or more days prior to arrival) - Direct Bank Deposit
We can accommodate personal checks in the US through our management company - if paying in cash, this can be received by them on arrival at the house, but we prefer payment by check or bank deposit in advance.

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A Crib and a High Chair can be provided with a deposit/fee of: $25 per week hire.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
• Optional pool heat is available for $20 per day and/or $100 per week. A minimum of 4 days of heat is required. For stays longer than 7 nights pool heat is prorated using weekly rate.
