This is a pleasant home situated on a small gated community with an open feel to the front of the unit as all the homes are surrounding a retention area. There are no rear neighbours.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

20% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 250 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 100) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A Crib, High Chair and a Play Pen can be provided with a deposit/fee of: No Charge.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
