Payments and Policies

Payment Details

400 of the rent is required to complete a booking for 7 nights, 600 for 14 nights. A refundable security/damage deposit of 400 is required. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque (Available for guests booking 31 or more days prior to arrival) - PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Western Union
# Deposits: $400 Fully Refundable deposit if the property management company assesses the property damage free and clean. NB: Prices may be subject to change at the owner's discretion.

*Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A Crib and a High Chair can be provided with a deposit/fee of: Free.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
• Optional pool heat is available for $ 30 per day. A minimum of 5 days of heat is required. For stays longer than 7 nights pool heat is charged using daily rate.
