Situated Upstairs with Cable TV, Walk in Closet, En-suite Bathroom with sink, toilet, corner bath and double walk in shower. 2 Twin Beds (sleeps 2). 2 Twin Beds (sleeps 2).

Bathroom 1 is an en suite and has toilet, shower and two basins.
Bathroom 2 is an en suite and has toilet, bathtub, shower and one basin.
Bathroom 3 has toilet, bathtub, shower and one basin.
Bathroom 4 has toilet and one basin.

The rear of the home is walled both sides with lush hedging along the back.

A 'complex' is either a condo, walled community, lodge, apartment or townhouse development.

200 of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 300 is required. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, payments (less 300) are refunded if re-rented.

At the time of booking you are required to pay a non-refundable deposit of $250 per week per booking, with the outstanding balance due 30 days before the arrival date. If you book any of our homes less than 30 days before the arrival date the full balance will be due immediately. Payments can be made from within the US with personal checks, money orders or via PayPal (3.5% Convenience Fee added to your total), for guests from outside the US please send payment in the form of US Dollar Travelers Checks or via PayPal (4.5% Convenience Fee added to your total). A refundable security deposit of $300 will be requested by the management company and must be paid on arrival at our home by you regardless of the length of your stay. This is to guard against any possible damage / loss / excessive cleaning.

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A Crib and a High Chair can be provided.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 8:00 PM and 9:00 AM.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
• Optional pool heat is available for 28 per day. A minimum of 4 days of heat is required. For stays longer than 7 nights pool heat is charged using daily rate.
