Off of Hwy 27 it is conveniently located to access all the theme parks and is close shops and restaurants. |

Payment Details
200 of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 300 is required. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, payments (less 300) are refunded if re-rented.
Policies
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque (Available for guests booking 15 or more days prior to arrival) - Visa - Master Card - PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Cash - Travelers Cheques At the time of booking you are required to pay a non-refundable deposit of $250 per week per booking, with the outstanding balance due 30 days before the arrival date. If you book any of our homes less than 30 days before the arrival date the full balance will be due immediately. Payments can be made from within the US with personal checks, money orders or via PayPal (3.5% Convenience Fee added to your total), for guests from outside the US please send payment in the form of US Dollar Travelers Checks or via PayPal (4.5% Convenience Fee added to your total). A refundable security deposit of $300 will be requested by the management company and must be paid on arrival at our home by you regardless of the length of your stay. This is to guard against any possible damage / loss / excessive cleaning. *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A Crib and a High Chair can be provided. • Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request. • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals). • Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 8:00 PM and 9:00 AM. • No Maid Service is provided during a stay. • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. • Optional pool heat is available for 22.4 per day. A minimum of 4 days of heat is required. For stays longer than 7 nights pool heat is charged using daily rate. |
