Payments and Policies

Payment Details

A refundable security/damage deposit of 200 is required. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund unless re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque (Available for guests booking 14 or more days prior to arrival) - Visa - Master Card - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Cash - Western Union - Travelers Cheques
10% of the total amount is due on booking. The balance is due 10 weeks before arrival. If the booking is placed within 10 weeks of the arrival date, the full amount will be payable on booking.

*Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A Crib and a High Chair can be provided.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
• Optional pool heat is available for $25 per day. A minimum of 5 days of heat is required. For stays longer than 7 nights pool heat is charged using daily rate.
