The villa is unoverlooked to rear and overlooks conservation– the south facing swimming pool taking advantage of the sun throughout the day on the community of Calabay Parc.

Iron and ironing board are situated in a self contained utility room which leads into the double garage. The rear of the property has a fully screened, heatable swimming pool and tropical covered lanai/patio with ceiling fan. The patio faces south and is equipped with luxury cushioned seat pads and large patio table seating 6 persons.

• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). Calabay Parc is situated in a quiet yet central location 2.5 miles from I4 and 4 miles from US192. Large selection of major restaurants and stores within 5 minutes. Walmart is approx. 4 miles, and Publix within 5 minutes. The main gate to Walt Disney World is only 12 minutes away and Orlando International Airport is approximately 25 minute drive. Although Calabay Parc is ideally located for attractions and major theme parks, it also offers convenient access to the areas of Haines City, Winter Haven and Cypress Gardens and a relaxing retreat, away from the busy 192 and surrounding attractions.
Payments and Policies
Payment Details
300 of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 350 is required. If you cancel anytime, all payments are forfeited except your security/damage deposit.

*Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A Crib, High Chair and a Play Pen can be provided.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
• Optional pool heat is available for 155 per week. For stays longer than 7 nights pool heat is prorated using weekly rate.
