A dining table with 6 chairs is provided, and the kitchen is fully equipped with:

In addition, you will find sufficient dinnerware, glasses, and cutlery to accommodate 8 people.
Plastic plates, drinking vessels, etc.,are provided for use around the pool area to avoid the dangers of broken glass.

1 Queen Bed (sleeps 2). Dressing Table, Bedside Cabinets, Table Lamps, 2nd TV, Access to pool area via patio doors.
2 Twin Beds (sleeps 2). Besides the twin beds, for which all bed linen supplied, you will find a chest of drawers and table lamp. There is a large closet complete with clothes hangers and housing additional blankets, pillows, etc. This bedroom links to the next by an adjoining bathroom.
2 Twin Beds (sleeps 2). The adjoining bathroom links into this, the third bedroom, which is similar to the other twin bedded room inasmuch as it houses a chest of drawers with table lamp. Again, there is a large walk-in closet complete with clothes hangers and extra bedding.
1 Queen Hide-A-Bed/Sofa Bed (sleeps 2). The queen-size sofa fold out into another bed where necessary. Bed linen is available for this, usually stored in the en-suite closet.
Bathroom 1 is an en suite and has toilet, bathtub, shower, hair dryer and two basins.
Bathroom 2 has toilet, bathtub, shower and one basin.
Bathroom 3 has toilet, shower and one basin.

25% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 250 is required. If you cancel anytime, all payments are forfeited except your security/damage deposit.

• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
• Pool heat is included in rates.
