Great Room; Boasting great views and access to the Lake to the rear of this One Of A Kind Vacation Home. The pool area is accessed from the main entry door. The Breathtakingly Beautiful Pool Deck views the gentle waterfalls cascading into the illustrious pool, the whole home wraps around the pool deck. One of the Twin Bedrooms enjoys view and access onto the One of A kind Pool Deck.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

A refundable security/damage deposit of 400 is required. If you cancel less than 90 days prior, there is no refund.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque (Available for guests booking 30 or more days prior to arrival) - PayPal - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash
A non-refundable deposit of $400.00 is required to secure your dates. Final payment to be made 10 weeks prior to arrival. Any arrivals prior to 10 weeks must be paid in full once a reservation has been accepted, failure to do so will result in dates not being secured.

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A Crib, High Chair and a Play Pen can be provided.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of Paid locally.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
• Optional pool heat is available for $195.00 per week. A minimum of 7 days of heat is required. For stays longer than 7 nights pool heat is charged using daily rate.
