There are free local and international telephone calls from this home This home has a games room with a pool table which is in the single size former garage . The swimming pool can be heated for an extra $30 a day paid directly to the owner. The pool backs on to a lake and woodland. The estate also has a communal pool, tennis, volley ball and basket ball. This unit is approximately fifteen minutes from Disney's west side, and thirty minutes from the Orlando airport. Payments and Policies

Payment Details

30% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel less than 60 days prior, there is no refund.
Owner accepts payments by: Visa - Master Card - American Express
Deposit is non-refundable. Credit card charges are subject to a 3% surcharge.

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• Dogs are allowed but must be approved by the Owner.
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
• Optional pool heat is available for 30 per day and/or 210 per week. For stays longer than 7 nights pool heat is charged using daily rate.
