This magnificent villa is built on a double corner lot whcih is the largest lot on the estate.
Immediately to the front of the property there is a large lake and car park (no recreational vehicles). Along side there is a communal Micky shaped pool, tennis courts, volley ball courts and basket ball courts and a childs play area.
The back yard (garden) is very large and is flanked by trees to give privacy.

Executive 8 bedroom custom built villa on double plot with large pool, spa and summer kitchen. The home is licensed to sleep 16 plus babies.
This home is very large with approximately 4000 square feet of air conditioned living space built with upgraded features and furnished to a very high standard. For dining we have a formal dining room, an informal dining area and a large outside covered area with it's own kitchen and accent lighting.
For the pleasure of our guest the garage has been converted into a games room with pool table plus a separate den that can double up as bedroom 8. There are large screen T.V's both in the family room and the main master bedroom + 3 other T.V's. The estate has extensive communal facilities including large communal pool, tennis, basket ball and children's play area. Fishing and golf are in close proximity to the home.
The villa is a few minutes drive from a 24 hour supermarket, fast food and other restaurants are in the immediate vicinity.

Payment Details
25% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel less than 60 days prior, there is no refund.

• Children are allowed. • Check in after 5:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM. • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals). • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours. • No Maid Service is provided during a stay. • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. • Optional pool heat is available for $160 per week. For stays longer than 7 nights pool heat is charged using daily rate. |
