Payments and Policies
Payment Details
20% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 250 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 100) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque (Available for guests booking 14 or more days prior to arrival) - PayPal - Cash
If a hurricane or severe weather conditions in the area of the rental prevent you using the rental property or a suitable alternative, we will issue a credit for you to take a vacation in the property on an alternative date to be agreed by the management.
*Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A Crib, High Chair and a Play Pen can be provided.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM.
• A maximum of 1 Dog or Cat is allowed under 40lbs (14kg) in size but must be approved by the Owner. A fee of $50 per week will apply.
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
• An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of TBA.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
