The Regal Palms is a resort that has its own waterpark, slide, lazy river, arcade, gym, restaurant(in/outdoor), sports bar w/entertainment. There is a strip mall w/Apple Bees, medical center, Publix Supermarket, gas, bank, liquor store in walking distance or 2 minute drive. This townhouse is 1,800 sq. feet and has a balcony off the king bedroom and a very short walk to the clubhouse. Regal Palms is a great affordable vacation that the kids will love. NEW! THE POOL/WATERPARK IS OPEN UNTIL 11:30 pm. A great way to end the theme parks. Relax and enjoy! A hi chair, playpen, & stroller in home.

2 nights rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 15 days in advance). A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel less than 3 days prior, payments (less one night's rental) are refunded.

Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A High Chair and a Play Pen can be provided with a deposit/fee of: in home for use at no charge.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of 85.00.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
