Located just minutes from the shops and 12 minutes from Disney's new west entrance, Solana Resort is a fully gated, secure vacation community with on site clubhouse comprising large heated swimming pool, spa, mini golf, games room, gym, cyber cafe, executive lounge with WIFI etc.

Our Villa on Solana is family orientated, clean, safe and welcoming.The Villa has a sun deck with covered pool area (lanai) and is west facing,an ideal place to relax after a hard day at the theme parks.

Payments and Policies
Payment Details
30% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due on arrival). A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 30%) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque (Available for guests booking 30 or more days prior to arrival) - Visa - Master Card - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Email Money Transfer
*Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A Crib and a High Chair can be provided.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• A maximum of 1 Dog is allowed under 15lbs (7kg) in size but must be approved by the Owner.
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
• Optional pool heat is available for $23 per day. A minimum of 5 days of heat is required. For stays longer than 7 nights pool heat is charged using daily rate.
