Payments and Policies

Payment Details

All of the rent is required (60 or more days in advance) to complete the booking. A refundable security/damage deposit of 250 is required. If you cancel anytime, all payments are forfeited.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque (Available for guests booking 31 or more days prior to arrival) - Visa - Master Card - American Express - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque
A 3% Credit Card charge applies to all credit cards

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
• Optional pool heat is available for $30.00 per day. A minimum of 4 days of heat is required. For stays longer than 7 nights pool heat is charged using daily rate.
