Iron & Ironing Board. The rear of the villa backs on to a screened private family patio and pool area. The extended pool area is decked for added comfort and the whole area is fully screened. Games room with pool ,airhockey and table foosball. All telephone call are free.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

200 of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 45 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 200 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 50%) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Travelers Cheques

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A Crib and a High Chair can be provided.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of $50.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
• Optional pool heat is available for $20 per day and/or $125 per week. A minimum of 3 days of heat is required. For stays longer than 7 nights pool heat is prorated using weekly rate.
