The villa occupies a quarter of an acre and is ideally situated. located in Briar Grove, a quiet residential development in Davenport, having a mix of both vacation homes and permanent residents. Briar Grove is located Less than 10 miles from Disney. This Villa will sleep up to 8 People in total comfort , it comes complete with all linen etc.

Payments and Policies
Payment Details
$200 of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of $250 is required. If you cancel less than 60 days prior, there is no refund.

Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A Crib and a High Chaircan be provided.
• Check in after 4:00PM and check out before 10:00AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. No housekeeping is provided during a stay.
