• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by driving for 45 minute(s). Most guests rent a vehicle so they can access the wide variety of shops and restaurants throughout the area. DisneyWorld is only 14 minutes from the villa.
• A vehicle is required to drive (1 hour) to the nearest ocean beach.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

300 of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 200 is required. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund unless re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A Crib, High Chair and a Play Pen can be provided.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
• Optional pool heat is available for 105 per week. For stays longer than 7 nights pool heat is prorated using weekly rate.
