The general view is that of other beautiful homes in this peaceful and popular community, from the pool area there is view of one of the many lakes(the home does not directly back onto the lake).

The pool area has a large pool deck and the swimming pool can be heated for an extra charge. The unit has air conditioned rooms throughout. Hampton Lakes sector has extensive landscaping around several small lakes with fountains.
Communal swimming pool, basketball, volleyball and tennis courts and a children's play area.

• Our home is approx. 35-45 minutes drive from Orlando International Airport (MCO). From Sanford Airport approx. 75-90 minutes, from Tampa International approx 75-90 minutes.
• Golf: can be reached by driving for 45 minute(s). There are many golf courses close-by in this golfers paradise - choosing which course to play is the hard part! • Shopping and Dining: can be reached by driving for 45 minute(s). Our unit is approximately 3 miles south of US192 where you will find a vast array of shopping facilities, restaurants, and entertainment. There are many stores available locally to stock up your holiday supplies! • Within easy reach of the east and west coasts of Florida (approx 1.5 hours drive) Being centrally located in Florida, beaches on both the east and west coast of Florida are within easy reach of the home(approx 1 - 1.5 hours drive).
Payment Details
20% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 250 is required. .

Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque Terms & Conditions provided at time of booking. *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
• No smoking is allowed.
• Check in after 4:00PM and check out before 10:00AM. • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals). • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours. • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
