The large open plan kitchen has a center island unit and a breakfast bar. It is well equipped for 12 people with all utensils, crockery, cutlery and glassware. It has a gas cooker, built-in microwave oven, large side by side refrigerator/freezer with ice maker and chilled drinks dispenser, dishwasher and garbage disposal unit. Just off the kitchen is the laundry room consisting of a large washing machine, tumble dryer, sink unit, ironing board and iron. Through from the kitchen is a breakfast nook which has seating for 4 people and overlooks the pool area.

Master Bedroom

1 King Bed. The master suite has been luxuriously furnished and has a king size bed, television & DVD player. There is also a sitting area with direct access out to the pool and spa. Perfect for those early morning or late night dips! Off the bedroom is a walk in closet and a large en-suite bathroom which consists of a separate toilet, walk in shower, corner bath and his & her vanity wash hand basins.

2 Single/Twin Beds. This bedroom is a twin bedded room and has a connecting bathroom with bedroom 4. There is a television & Playstation 2 games console. The bathroom has a bath, shower, toilet and separate wash hand basin and vanity unit.

1 Double Bed. This light and airy room is situated of the main living area. It is a double bedroom with television, DVD player, matching furniture, large closet, feature double doors and a beautiful picture window.

The villa is completely furnished, to an exceptionally high standard and is fully air conditioned throughout. The private swimming pool is screened. Spa and pool heating is also available as an option if you prefer. The pool and patio area is fully alarmed for the safety of children. The large deck area has a spa/jacuzzi and a large terrace with a range of patio furniture and loungers. The large covered patio/lanai is perfect for evening relaxation and al fresco dining. The development has a fitness room, childrens play area and tennis & volley ball courts, free for all guests staying at Tuscan Ridge. The property is close to all major attractions being only 15 minutes from the entrance to the Disney World Resort. Situated in the Calabay Parc area. Payments and Policies

Payment Details

300 of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 21 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 350 is required. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund unless re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque (Available for guests booking 7 or more days prior to arrival) - Visa - Master Card - PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A Crib, High Chair and a Play Pen can be provided.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
• Maid Service is provided daily during a stay. An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of 75.00.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
• Optional pool heat is available for 25 per day. A minimum of 3 days of heat is required. For stays longer than 7 nights pool heat is charged using daily rate.
