• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). Most guests rent a vehicle so they can access the wide variety of shops and restaurants throughout the area. The many shopping malls, restaurants and shops on Highway 192 are 10 minutes away. There is also a newly built Publix supermarket less than 5 minutes drive from your villa. We are situated an easy 30 minute drive from Orlando`s international airport. All Disney attractions are approx. 15 mins drive. Sea World & Universal Studios are also within easy reach. Gulf coast beaches are about 1 ½ hour’s drive and the Kennedy space centre is about 1 hour away.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

200 of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 200 is required. If you cancel less than 60 days prior, payments (less 50%) are refunded if re-rented.

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 4:00PM and check out before 11:00AM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
