We have a private pool (15x30) with extended pool deck.
An ideal place to relax in between or after action-packed days.
Our home is equipped to a high standard with vaulted ceilings, full
kitchen, laundry, 3 Cable TVs and hair dryer.
All doors leading to the pool are alarmed and a safe is also available for rent.
Our local management company are available 24 hours a day to assist you.

More Information
Although ,normally a peaceful development, there may be some noise (if building work resumes)as there is a new development behind our home. So far this has caused no major problems for our guests.There has been no construction since September 2006. Situated within 15 minutes of Disney and within easy reach of all major attractions and numerous golf courses. Extended pool and deck. Southern facing for all day sun. (Optional pool heating available) Patio furniture for AL-fresco dining. Lawned garden. High vaulted ceilings in the living room. A BBQ can be rented locally from the management company.

Payments and Policies
Payment Details
20% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 200 is required. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund.

*Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
• Optional pool heat is available for 25 per day. For stays longer than 7 nights pool heat is charged using daily rate.
