• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by driving for 45 minute(s). Supermarkets and family restaurants are only a five minute drive away. Fifteen minutes to Disney World, thirty minutes to Universal Studios and downtown Orlando. There are numerous golf courses within a thirty minute drive

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

The payment policy is flexible and can be worked out with the owner. A refundable security/damage deposit of 200 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash

*Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A Crib and a High Chair can be provided.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
• Optional pool heat is available for 65 per week. For stays longer than 7 nights pool heat is prorated using weekly rate.
