Payment Details

The payment policy is flexible and can be worked out with the owner. A refundable security/damage deposit of 200 is required. If you cancel anytime, all payments are forfeited except your security/damage deposit.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque

No smoking is allowed.
Children are allowed. A Crib, High Chair and a Play Pencan be provided.
Check in after 4:00PM and check out before 10:00AM.
No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00PM and 7:00AM.
Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. No housekeeping is provided during a stay.
