More Information

The pool area has a large pool deck and the swimming pool can be heated for an extra charge. The villa has air conditioned rooms throughout. This community has extensive landscaping around several small lakes with fountains. Hampton Lakes has a communal swimming pool, basketball, volleyball and tennis courts and a children's play area.

• Our home is approx. 35-45 minutes drive from Orlando International Airport (MCO). From Sanford Airport approx. 75-90 minutes, from Tampa International approx. 75-90 minutes.
• Golf: can be reached by driving for 45 minute(s). There are a wide selection of fabulous golf courses nearby.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by driving for 45 minute(s). Our unit is approximately 3 miles south of US192 where you will find a wide variety of shopping facilities, restaurants, and entertainment. Fifteen minutes to Disney World, thirty minutes to Universal Studios and downtown Orlando.
• Being centrally located in Florida, beaches on both the east and west coasts of Florida are within easy reach of the home (approx. 1 - 1.5 hours drive).

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

20% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 300 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 20%) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - PayPal - Direct Bank Deposit

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A Crib and a High Chaircan be provided.
• Check in after 4:00PM and check out before 10:00AM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. No housekeeping is provided during a stay.
