Access to the 192 approx 5 mins. drive. There are hundreds of restaurants to choose from. Located fifteen minutes from Disney World.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

25% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 70 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 400 is required. If you cancel less than 60 days prior, there is no refund.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Travelers Cheques

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
• Optional pool heat is available for 25 per day. For stays longer than 7 nights pool heat is charged using daily rate.
