The Pool Deck has been extended because the deck does not back onto another one and has the sun on it for most of the day. Behind the Pool area there are Pine trees.

More Information

The deck area has sun loungers and a table and chairs. The lanai and deck has been extended to provide a larger than usual sunbathing area. The swimming pool has a maximum depth of 6ft and the pool dimensions are 24ft x 12ft. The house is fully air conditioned. There is a separate utility room which features a washer and dryer. Highlands Reserve offers a community pool and tennis.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

20% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A Crib and a High Chair can be provided.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
• Optional pool heat is available for 10 per day. For stays longer than 7 nights pool heat is charged using daily rate.
