1 Queen Bed (sleeps 2). Refurbished 2005 Animal Kingdom Themed Master bedroom with Cable TV, feature sand/suede effect wall, a mix of textures such as suede and fur effect cushions and leather style lampshades - a very classy look to bring out the tiger in you! The en-suite doubles as a pool shower room.

2 Single/Twin Beds (sleeps 2). Refurbished 2005 Disney Mickey Mouse Themed Twin Bedroom. With a Mickey Mouse TV/DVD/Video & Karaoke. The bedroom now has a Mickey wall border and matching lamp. This room will certainly enhance the Disney Villa experience!

Master Bedroom

1 Queen Bed (sleeps 2). Refurbished 2005 Palm Beach Themed Suite With feature effect wall, everything right down to the light switches and towels is beautifully coordinated. Large bedroom with queen bed, cable TV/DVD/Video and clock radio.We have carried on the Palm Beach decor to the very large en-suite bathroom .

Bedroom

2 Single/Twin Beds (sleeps 2). Refurbished 2005 Floridian Dolphin/Sea-World Themed Twin Room Cable TV and Playstation 2. Delightful for Sea World lovers young and old!

Family Room

1 Double Hide-A-Bed/Sofa Bed (sleeps 2). To accommodate 9/10 person a double sofa-bed is provided in the family room, though we would not normally recommend this for stays longer than a few days.

Bathroom 1 has toilet, bathtub, shower, hair dryer and two basins.
Bathroom 2 has toilet, shower, hair dryer and one basin.

• We are approximately 30 minutes drive from Orlando International Airport.
• Golf: can be reached by driving for 45 minute(s). So you want to play golf? You have certainly come to the right place. There are over 50 superb courses within one hour's drive of the villas - so you may want to stay a few extra days. The nearest golf course is about a mile away.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by driving for 45 minute(s). Publix supermarket at Berry Town Centre is just a 2 minute drive, ideal for picking up supplies on arrival. The shopping complex also has a pharmacy, medical centre, liquor store, pizza and chinese restaurant. The very large Walmart is a 5 minute drive and is open 24/7 364 days of the year! There are ample shops and restaurants within a 5 - 10 minute drive.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

All of the rent is required (60 or more days in advance) to complete the booking. A refundable security/damage deposit of 150 is required. If you cancel less than 60 days prior, there is no refund.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Visa - Master Card - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit
A 3.5% charge is required to cover fees for credit card payments.

*Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A Crib and a High Chair can be provided.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
• Optional pool heat is available for £99.00 per week. For stays longer than 7 nights pool heat is prorated using weekly rate.
