Bed Summary

Bedroom

1 Queen Bed (sleeps 2). This room faces out across the pool at the rear of the property and benefits from a Queen size bed, a television is also installed in this bedroom.

2 Single/Twin Beds. One of these rooms also looks out onto the pool and conservation area, which if you are lucky you will see deer playing on this land very early in the mornings.

Master Bedroom

1 King Bed. This bedroom has a King size bed and en suite bathroom containing a WC, twin vanity units, deep bath tub and separate large shower. This room also has a TV.

Bedroom

2 Single/Twin Beds. This room has a view of the lake from its window and contains two single beds.

Bathrooms

Bathroom 1 is an en suite and has toilet, bathtub, shower, hair dryer and two basins.
Bathroom 2 has toilet, bathtub, shower, hair dryer and one basin.

View

The rear of this property overlooks a conservation area which makes it totally private. Its rear also contains a pool and spa with a south facing aspect, which means sunshine from dawn 'til dusk.

• Orlando International Airport is an easy 30 minute drive
• Golf: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). There are several golf courses around the villa, Greg Normans famous Champions Gate is only a 5 minute drive away.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by driving for 45 minute(s). The nearest supermarket - Publix- is approx 5 mins driving time away. At the same location you can also find a pizza takeaway, liquor store, hair salon, book store and empty units which are still to be filled. The highway 192 is approx 10 mins driving time away, where you will find many different types of cuisine and the 192 is also a shopper's paradise.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

25% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 200 is required. If you cancel less than 90 days prior, there is no refund.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Visa - Master Card - American Express - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A Crib and a High Chair can be provided.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
• Optional pool heat is available for 144 per week. For stays longer than 7 nights pool heat is prorated using weekly rate.
