Payments and Policies
Payment Details
20% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 200 is required. If you cancel 60 or more days prior, payments (less 2 nts) are refunded - less than 60, no refund.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - PayPal - Direct Bank Deposit

Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A Crib, High Chair and a Play Pencan be provided.
• Check in after 4:00PM and check out before 10:00AM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. No housekeeping is provided during a stay.
