More Information

Outside under a lanai is the heated swimming pool, and patio area, part of which will provide much needed shade for hot days complete with ceiling fans to give you a cool breeze. Sun loungers are provided for your comfort together with a table and chairs. Highlands Reserve offers a community pool, and tennis.

Payment Details

200 of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 250 is required. If you cancel anytime, all payments are forfeited except your security/damage deposit.

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A Crib, High Chair and a Play Pencan be provided.
• Check in after 3:00PM and check out before 10:00AM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00PM and 7:00AM.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. No housekeeping is provided during a stay.
