1 King Bed. The master bedroom is huge with a King size bed and a private sitting/TV room which has access to the pool and views to the wooded area at the rear. The en-suite bathroom has a spa bath, large shower and twin wash basins. There is also a walk-in closet. 1 Queen Bed. The second bedroom has a queen size bed, TV and DVD player and a private bathroom. The room has a view to the conservation area at the rear of the house. 2 Single/Twin Beds. Bedroom 3 has twin beds, TV and DVD player. It shares a bathroom with Bedroom 4. 2 Single/Twin Beds. This bedroom also has twin beds, a TV and a DVD player. It has a shared bathroom. 1 Double Hide-A-Bed/Sofa bed.

Bathroom 1 has toilet, bathtub w/ jets, shower, hair dryer and two basins.
Bathroom 2 has toilet, bathtub, shower, hair dryer and one basin.
Bathroom 3 has toilet, bathtub, shower, hair dryer, two basins and bidet.

The villa has a very private rear view over the pool to the trees. There are no villas or pools overlooking the property to the rear.

• Orlando International Airport (MCO) is within a 30 minute(s) drive. The villa is situated about half an hours drive from Orlando International Airport and about an hour from Sanford and Tampa.
• Golf: can be reached by driving for 1 minute(s). There are 1 golf course(s) nearby. The villa is on a golf course estate. Although you do not see the course from the villa you can drive to the clubhouse in a minute. There are numerous courses within half an hours drive.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by driving for 2 minute(s). There is a shopping centre within a 10 minute walk from the villa. The centre includes a Publix supermarket, 2 bars and about 7 restaurants and take-aways. A Wal-Mart supermarket is a 5 minute drive from the villa and Highway 192 which has restaurants, shops and entertainment is less than 3 miles away.
• Lake is located within a 10 minute(s) drive. Lake Louisa is a 5 minute drive north on Highway 27 and the east and west coasts are just over an hours drive away. The Ocala Forrest which is full of lakes and natural springs is about 75 minutes away by car. Highlands Reserve is approximately 50 miles from both the Gulf of Mexico and the East coast of Florida both of which have miles of beautiful beaches.
• Nearby Attractions: Disney is 9 miles away if you use the main routes but you can reach it in 13 minutes by using back roads. Directions are in the villa. A tennis court, children's play area and outdoor swimming pool are on the estate just ask the management company for a key.

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A Crib, High Chair and a Play Pen can be provided with a deposit/fee of: Free.
• Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM.
• Dogs and Cats are allowed but must be approved by the Owner.
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
• Optional pool heat is available for 85 per week. For stays longer than 7 nights pool heat is prorated using weekly rate.
