This stunning villa on Tuscan Ridge is situated in a tranquil and beautiful developement. It is minutes from the I4 which can whisk you away to the fantastic beaches or to the hustle and bustle of the Theme Parks. A larger than average plot with extended lanai and specially designed toddler area of the already over sized pool. NEW Games Room just completed includes Pool table,Football Table and Air Hockey Table. Payments and Policies

Payment Details

200 of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund unless re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque
If you cancel between 30 and 50 days prior to arrival you will lose 50%.

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A Crib and a High Chair can be provided.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
• Optional pool heat is available for $20.00 per day and/or $100.00 per week. For stays longer than 7 nights pool heat is prorated using weekly rate.
