The Resort features an extensive 2.5 acre tropical pool complex with two heated pools and a lazy river, Jacuzzi, waterfalls and waterslide, a central island and extensive sun decks.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

20% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 250 is required. If you cancel anytime, all payments are forfeited.
Owner accepts payments by: Visa - PayPal - Direct Bank Deposit
There is a $10 per night resort fee due on check-in at the resort. This allows the guest free use of the excellent resort facilities ie swimming pool complex, gym facilities, jacuzzi, beauty spa, etc Cleaning charge applies for bookings. The refundable security/damage deposit of USD$250 is payable upon check-in at the resort. The damage deposit is taken at check-in as an in print of the credit card. The credit card is not charged, unless there is a damage which the guest will be notified of. Please note all payments will incur bank, credit card or pay pal charges. (this is set by the banks and cannot be changed)

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A Crib and a High Chaircan be provided.
• Check in after 4:00PM and check out before 11:00AM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. No housekeeping is provided during a stay.
