Guests may arrive on any day of the week.

Special Conditions

The rental charge is inclusive of all electricity, water and local sales taxes.
Only the persons shown on the booking form can occupy the property. No all male or all female parties will be accepted.
As a courtesy to other guests we thank you for not smoking in the villa.

For rentals less than 7 days please add a cleaning charge of $70.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

The payment policy is flexible and can be worked out with the owner. A refundable security/damage deposit of 300 is required. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Cash
A deposit of $150 per week is required to secure booking. The balance of payment is payable eight weeks prior to arrival, if your booking is under eight weeks then the full amount is payable at time of booking. The rental period commences at 4pm on the first day and finishes at 10am on the day of departure. There is an extra $140 per week charge for the pool to be heated at your request. For rentals less than 7 days please add a cleaning charge of $70. Cancellation period of more than two months - Refund less deposit. Cancellation period between one and two months 50% of rental - cost refunded. Cancellation period of less than one month - No refund. Payment accepted in dollars.

Policies

No smoking is allowed.
Children are allowed.
Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM.
No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
Optional pool heat is available for 140 per week. For stays longer than 7 nights pool heat is prorated using weekly rate.
