    Secluded and screened swimming pool at the top corner of a cul-de-sac. Very tranquil and not overlooked as most are. There is also a communual pool, sports and kiddies area within the estate.

    Payments and Policies
    Payment Details
    20% non-refundable deposit is due at time of booking.(Balance due 30 days in advance.) A refundable security/damage deposit of 300 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 25) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
    Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit
    Bookings made short notice (less than three weeks)will require wire transfer to US Bank account in Florida
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • Smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed. A Crib and a High Chair can be provided.
    • Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 12:00 PM.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
    • Housekeeping is provided every 3 days during a stay.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
