    Located in a quiet residential part of the estate, the pool area faces onto a conservation area. The upstairs master bedroom has a balcony which also faces this aspect. A great place to just sit and admire the view.
    More Information
    Pool heating is optional, but recommended between October and April. This is at an additional cost. There is a gas-fired BBQ for the free use of guests. Please clean after use. The gas is NOT provided for BBQ, but is easily available. Located in Highlands Reserve, which features a par 72 championship golf course set amongst orange groves and pine trees. Communal facilities include a pool, tennis court and children's play area. There is a bar serving snacks and drinks during the day.

    Distances
    • Orlando International Airport is approx 30 minutes drive. Sanford is a little further and takes approx 60 minutes by car. The road systems are good, and are in the process of being upgraded further.
    • Golf: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). The Villa is built around a golf course, and visitors are made very welcome. Florida has an abundance of golf courses to play - around 50 within an hours car journey from the villa.
    • Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). There is a small complex of shops within a short walking distance. There are 2 enormous WalMart stores, one 5 minutes away, and the other 15 minutes away. The start of the 192 is only a mile down the road with a multitude of restaurants and shops. This road extends for about 10 miles.
    • The Orlando area is in the centre of Florida, though no place is more than an hour car journey from the ocean. Try Sarasota on the west coast, and Daytona on the east.
    Payments and Policies
    Payment Details
    The payment policy is flexible and can be worked out with the owner. A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel anytime, all payments are forfeited.
    Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Visa - Master Card - American Express - PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash - Email Money Transfer
    Use of PayPal and credit cards carry a 3% surcharge
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed. A Crib and a High Chair can be provided.
    • Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
    • No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
    • Optional pool heat is available for 85 per week. For stays longer than 7 nights pool heat is prorated using weekly rate.
