More Information

The South West facing pool can be heated as optional extra. Pool furniture including loungers and table and chairs can be found on pool deck. There are childrens board games including checkers, monopoly, scrabble and puzzles. Communal features include tennis court, basketball court, childrens play area and swimming pool. There is a basketball for use on the communal court kept at the property. Located in the Lake Davenport Estates area.

• Golf: can be reached by driving for 45 minute(s). There are a vast number of golf courses all within 20 minutes drive. The closest is just a five minute drive.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by driving for 45 minute(s). The nearest shops and restaurants are just a 5 minute drive away on Highway 192. All of the attractions are a further 5-10 minute drive. Disney is a fifteen minute drive from the rental home. Most guests rent a vehicle so they can access the wide variety of shops and restaurants throughout the area.
• You can walk to nearby Lake Davenport. The shoreline is currently being developed to feature a sandy beach. There is a communal recreation area within two minutes walk providing children's play area, Basketball court, Tennis court and communal swimming pool.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 250 is required. If you cancel 60 or more days prior, payments (less 50) are refunded - less than 60, no refund.
Owner accepts payments by: Visa - Master Card - American Express - PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A Crib and a High Chair can be provided.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 9:00 PM and 9:00 AM.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
• Optional pool heat is available for 25 per day. A minimum of 3 days of heat is required. For stays longer than 7 nights pool heat is charged using daily rate.
