1 Queen Bed. Another queen bedroom that is en-suite. This room has dual aspect. The furnishings are luxurious with night stands, lamps, pictures, TV, radio alarm, and ceiling fan.

Master Bedroom

1 King Bed (sleeps 2). This master bedroom is so luxurious you will not want to leave it. It has top quality upgraded furniture with beautiful soft bedding to enable you to relax after a hard day in the Florida sunshine. It also has a 42" wide screen 42" Plasma HDTV, VCR, and radio/alarm clock. There is a walk in closet with wall safe, and so many drawers you will have a job to fill them. There is also a ceiling fan to cool you down and of course the large en-suite bathroom with his and her sinks, bathrobes, hairdryer.

Bedroom

1 Queen Bed (sleeps 2). A large queen sized bedroom which is situated on the ground floor so is convenient for our less able guests. It also has en-suite facilities. It has luxurious bedding and beautiful furniture with 2 night stands with lamps, TV, radio alarm. It also has a ceiling fan to cool you down even more in the hot months.

1 Double Hide-A-Bed/Sofa bed. Located downstairs in the formal lounge.

The villa is situated on a large corner plot surrounded by palm trees. From the pool area you look out over a conservation area and other similar properties.

More Information

A welcome pack for stays of 7 nights and over is complimentary. For stays of less than 7 nights, a welcome pack can be arranged by us, and payable locally.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

The payment policy is flexible and can be worked out with the owner. A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 is required. If you cancel anytime, all payments are forfeited except your security/damage deposit.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Visa - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A Crib and a High Chair can be provided.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of 70 per day.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
• Optional pool heat is available for $25 plus optional $15 for spa/hot tub per day and/or $175 plus optional $105 for spa/hot tub per week. For stays longer than 7 nights pool heat is charged using daily rate.
