These are generic homes whilst the largest area is Davenport they may be placed in any area within 20 minutes drive of Disney. Address of home given at check in. Most homes have a DVD or VCR, some have both. Most have a minimum of 2 TVs but we only promise one. The bed sizes are normally 2 double beds and 2 rooms with 2 single beds in each. Some homes have an extra bathroom.

Payments and Policies
Payment Details
30% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel anytime, all payments are forfeited.
Owner accepts payments by: Visa - Master Card - American Express - Direct Bank Deposit
Credit card charges are as follows: Visa and Master Cards 3%, Amex 3%.
*Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
• Optional pool heat is available for 30 per day. For stays longer than 7 nights pool heat is charged using daily rate.
