A beautiful 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom Villa, situated on the prestigious development of Calabay Parc and just 12 minutes from Disney main gate, and the magnificent Theme Parks within. For golf lovers there are several championship courses designed by some of golfs greatest players within a few minutes drive from Calabay Parc. The villa has an extended pool deck, which includes a jacuzzi sun loungers and a covered lanai to provide a shady spot. Both the elegant master suite and the 2nd bedroom have direct access to the pool, whilst the en-suite houses a sumptuous Roman bath and twin vanity units.

Payments and Policies
Payment Details
20% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 250 is required. If you cancel less than 60 days prior, there is no refund.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit
If preferred, payment can be made in US dollars direct to owners US bank account. Please e-mail owner regarding payment and for extensive cancellation policy.
*Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
• Optional pool heat is available for 180 per week. For stays longer than 7 nights pool heat is prorated using weekly rate.
